well weteen’s Wimax is not good infront of PTCL broadband. Wateen suck. my friend is crying. he paid about 80000 to wateen but the service is so sick. even a file of 10mb take 15min sometimes to get download. and wateen is giving limited broadband or what can i say like you can download just 1 gb ina month. and with a help of ptcl broadband i download 1 gb every day in just 2 or 3 hours.

Mobilink already launched WiMAX….INFINITI in Karachi and soon it will be launched all over Pakistan. Telecom companies can only spread WiMAX services with full pace because they already have infrastructure and cell site towers. Only need to fix equipment for WiMAX.

Wateen is taking it very easy even though their consumers are not happy with their services and i’m pretty sure the wateen staff and owners do know about it. but are not taking any serious actions.

Theres also rumors going on that Wateen’s CEO has been paid about $10 million dollars to slow down the operation…
