i dont know why this self care portal is not opening in internet explorer also
i have tried it in all browsers

yeah the self care page is definitely not working and through my friends i have found out that when some of them actually log in the the self care page the only thing they can see is a wateen ad while no options on the page work except the log out option

I am using Wateen for over a year. It’s working excellent. But few days back i loged on to internet service but cannot log out coz the logon homepage is not opening. what can i do.
