aamir, is this factual “Mobilink loosing its ground or already lost it?” on the basis of traffic stat of PTCL when it has its own carriers

But at the same time I will take your feedback seriously.

I write not to misrepresent data and facts. I will further try to enhance my research work and will try to come up with more accurate information that is more acceptable to everyone.

aamir, once again you have come up with such statments that doesnot protray even a hand full reality, Mobilink indeed uses its own LDI and indeed has its own under-sea cable which conects to middle-east and rest of the world, and even the local connectivity is based on its own optic fiber making it a “total cummunication solution” provider
secondly the sales figure also doesnt show an accurate picture as we must realize that we have almost reached maturity era and in order to sustain, dourment subscribers with-in its customer base should be re-energized which also is cost effective and the company is doing a great job in it
i request you to please donot post articales which is totally untrue and hit at its reputation
if Mobilink spokesman is comment-less thats maybe because of its privacy policy however not making these statments right
hope you undersatnd the reponsibilty of sharing accurate information

@Rommel, thanks for your input over the issue… but i am wondering if you know all this then why the concerned person at Mobilink are hesitating to communicate me these facts officially. I am still waiting for their response on this.

Dear Aamir,

Mobilink does not use PTCL for its international calls. They have their own international gateway and their own undersea cable to connect them to the world. All the international calls of Mobilink go through their own international carrier called M-Link. PTCL only get the overflow traffic (which is less than 0.1% of the overall traffic).

So your assessment and interpretation is wrong!!!

@Zubair Naeem Paracha, your comment made me to counter check these stats…

I am in process of contacting Mobilink regarding this. Also these stats show traffic went through PTCL. There are (very little) chances if Mobilink is also using any other international gateway for international outgoing traffic.
