		<description><![CDATA[Do you know that Telecom companies are already sick of Diesel and Patrol theft from their cell sites.. and the security guards are mostly involved in such thefts. and I think theft of diesel on regular basis is also not a small expense. One cell site have one generator with 1000 Liter diesel tank.

So in poor countries theft is very common. Otherwise in other countries, there are micro cell sites fixed on small roads on trees even but no body disturb them.]]></description>
