Systems Ltd ended 2010 with excellent growth, said a statement without mentioning with figures.
Citing Mr. Ashraf Kapadia, the Managing Director of Systems Limited, the statement said that company’s impressive growth and profitability is attributed to satisfied clients, greater employee commitment and stronger demand of its globally acclaimed products and services in the domestic and international market.
Speaking to employees at the company’s annual dinner at local hotel recently, he further said that he strongly believes that the success of the company is mainly because of the valuable contributions from each of its employee who is an expert in his/her respective fields and functions.
While recognizing all Systems Limited resources as unified “Systems Limited Family”, Kapadia handed out professional excellence awards to the resources who out-performed their peers not only in Software and BPO services but also in Quality Control, Sales & Marketing, Infrastructure, Finance, HR and Administration functions.
Kapadia also highlighted the key IT projects won during 2010 in Pakistan which include the digitization of documents for NADRA and the Punjab Board of Revenue and automation of Military Lands and Cantonment Department, Government of Pakistan.
Looking towards the future, Kapadia said that he is very positive that, while having doubled company’s employee strength from 517 employees in 2009 to over 1100 employees by the end of 2010, Systems Limited will maintain the same growth and profitability trends in 2011 and the new decade.
