Zong, a brand of CMPak Ltd, a China Mobile company – has published an ad today in Pakistani newspapers expressing grief and respect for Steve Jobs.
Corporations, world over, published similar kind of ads (mainly in print) to condole the shocking demise of Steve Jobs. However, this advert by Zong is first we have seen by someone in Pakistan.
Steve Jobs is loved by millions of fans from around the world, including Pakistan. Though there are no official figures available but estimates suggest that 400,000 users in Pakistan use iPhone, while another 300,000 Pakistani use other Apple products.

Interesting! Certainly a very cool step by Zong. Even though the service isn’t the best, Zong still is one of those brands that has the potential to bring a revoloution in Pakistan’s telecom sector.
Steve Jobs’ demise was a very sad day indeed. He will be dearly missed! :(
