wi-tribe Opens New Customer Care Center in Karachi

wi-tribe Picture Release (English)wi-tribe has launched a brand new care center in Bahadurabad, Karachi. Considering the robust population and size of the city, increasing convenience is a need wi-tribe aims to continually address, said a statement issued by the company.

With an increased range of product offerings including add-ons and services, wi-tribe expands its network in order to reach customers in more ways, hence enabling them to utilize a complete range of amenities, all in one place.

By visiting any of the wi-tribe care centers, customers can purchase new connections, pay bills, subscribe to add-ons and services, acquire service support, as well as attain account and package information on the spot. The recent introduction of new scratch card a denomination also allows customers to pay their bills with greater flexibility. These services and more are also available at the new care center, located at the main Bahadurabad roundabout.

Speaking on the occasion, Customer Care Director, Umair Ahmed, said that

  • This is good efforts for services but I have left witribe now. the company had fast speed in starting but everyday it is running more slowly. customer care is saying witribe has too many customers now.

    Im using ptcl dsl and speed is excellent but service is zero and always line is problem. if witribe improved speed I will come back.
