Line Rate : 4607 Kbps [down stream] —— 1088 Kbps [Upstream]

SNR Margin: 34 db [downstream]——- 8.5 db [upstream]

Attenuation: 20 db[downstream] ——– 9.5 db [upstream]

i can get maximum of 535 KB/sec data down transfer rate and 110 KB/sec data up transfer rate

please look at my speed test

they can upgrade to 4 mb too, but on downgrade back to 1 mb student they will need to show again proper documentation and fill and attest the form “again” from concerned school/college/university to get their old connection back on old charges..

PTCL helpline says “internet ki speed download kernay kay liay non-peak hours (raat 12 say subha 12) per apni download speed speedtest.ptcl.net per check karain”

this means kay aap kay connection ab dedicated nahi raha… i have experianced 450kB/s in night and around 40-60kB/s in morning, which is really pathetic.

the support person that visited my house also said kay ptcl per 4 mb connection per max aap ko 200kB/s ki speed milay gi.. simply pathetic.. may nay device nikaal ker dikhai “watten thunderbolt” 2 mb ki aur poocha kay bhai is per kitni speed daytay hon gay wateen walay to bonga ban gaya banda.. their staff comes afterwards PTCL policies are really really pathetic… first of all there is no coordination between departments.. Billing aap ki 2 ghantay may start ho jati hay new connection ki, complaint kay baad staff 3-4 din may visit kerta hay… phir pair change hotay hain aur khanchay mangay jatay hain.. DSL wala line man per dalta hay aur line man DLS walay per… mujhay bhi kaha gaya kay aap DSL officer say rabta karain.. may nay kaha kay aap logo ki reach may nahi hay kia DSL officer.. aap ka kaam hay mujhay service provide kerna… ajeeb system hay.. will be switching to thunderbolt indefinately..
