Its android era and i dont think windows fones will survive because when anyone buy costly fones they want apps and games and windows fones have no aps and games compare to android.

I think htc explorer is best then this one and its available only in Rs.10k

I also think in the same way that the RAM is too low being a windows phone should have more RAM, although Samsung provides a huge variety of Samsung phones at dekho site
