Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has inked an agreement with Defence Housing Authority Islamabad (DHAI) to extend Information Communication Technology (ICT) services and infrastructure deployment in DHA Islamabad.
This strategic partnership shall enable residents of DHA Islamabad to experience superior telecom services of PTCL including voice telephony, broadband internet and SmartTV as well as Evo wireless broadband internet services.
In addition, PTCL has already established a dedicated facility to further facilitate its customers by offering all the products and services of the company under one roof. Earlier, PTCL was providing telecom services in Phase I & II of DHA and now PTCL network and services are being extended to remaining sectors of DHA II, Islamabad.
The MoU agreement was signed by Muhammad Nasrullah, PTCL Senior Executive Vice President (SEVP) Business Zones and Brig. Sadullah Fatimi, Administrator Defence Housing Authority Islamabad in the presence of Walid Irshaid, President and CEO PTCL. Tariq Salman, Chief Technical Officer (CTO) PTCL and other senior officials from PTCL and DHA were also present on the occasion.
Walid Irshaid, PTCL President and CEO while speaking at the ceremony said.

I live in DHA Islamabad and the problem i was facing was that no telecom company was serving its residents here properly. Thanks to PTCL that it has now started a dedicated service for the residents of DHA.
Oh that is something awesome PTCL has done. There is a continuous service problem in DHA Phase 2 and i have put complaints to almost all the telecom and internet service and none of them is taking step to resolve this issue. I hope we’ll be able to get good service now.
This is a feb 4 news and since feb 4 my PTCL DSL in phase 2 is down. Numerous complains but still issue is not resolved. Thats is what the agreed in this agreement?
