Samsung Unveils B2B and E-Learning Solutions

Samsung ElectronicsSamsung has unveiled its e-learning or smart-education for B2B markets at the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Forum 2013 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Dubai.

There is much interest and investment in the e-learning sector from governments around the world, seeking to deliver Smart-Education to the masses. Samsung is inspiring further investment in this sector by introducing digital Smart-Education solutions and experiences to schools throughout the MENA region.

This revolutionary e-learning solution equips classrooms with easy-to-use, immersive technologies, such as Note PCs, e-boards and mobile connectivity devices, whereby more than 6,000 online textbooks are available via an open-market digital content platform.

The Managing Director, Samsung EC Pakistan Pvt. Ltd. – Mr. John Park said; “The world is now moving towards a culture of “bring-your-own-device” (BYOD) to work. Consumers expect the mobile device to be the primary computing and operations-control device within the next five years”.

Addressing the Data-security concerns of business and IT executives, Samsung has also launched its “Samsung for Enterprise (SaFE) program. It comprises of security standards that will help companies to find mobile devices that are safe to use. SaFE devices provide immediate business benefits such as advanced data features and device-based verification. It is a comprehensive suite of security, apps, on-device encryption, VPNs and mobile management solutions. It simplifies mobile device administration and removes concerns about the fragmentation of the Android platform.

At the Samsung MENA Forum 2013, the participants were given the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with the complete range of Samsung’s 2013 product line-up. These technological offerings are created to deliver seamless content discovery, intuitive control and personalized user experiences. With hyper-connect cameras, intelligent home appliances, Smart-phones, High-Resolution Televisions, powerful personal-computers and Tablet devices, Samsung has created new, richer experiences for consumers and accomplished 65% sales growth in 2012 across the MENA region.
