wi-tribe has introduced this new offer to enrich customer’s experience. The latest offer called ‘Double Volume’ is targeted towards 1st time subscribers of the 1Mbps Basic package.
The ‘Double Volume’ promotional offer will increase the current 12 GB download volume of the 1 Mbps Basic package to 24 GB for a period of 2 months without any additional costs. The offer is valid from April to May, 2013 and is only for new subscribers of the 1Mbps Basic package.
Excluding the transitioned accounts to the 1Mbps Basic package, wi-tribers who have purchased the package (before the launch of the promo) in the month of April will automatically get double volume.
This offer is in line with wi-tribe’s recently introduced packages which are designed to meet customer’s diverse online requirements. These reiterate wi-tribe’s stance as a company at the forefront of understanding its customer’s needs and exceeding them, while enhancing their experience.
Terms and conditions
- This offer will apply for only 1Mbps basic package
- Offer is valid for the month April and May only
- Subscription month will be considered as 1st month of double volume
- Double volume will be cancelled if a customer changes package to any other package
- Package transitions to 1Mbps Basic will not be eligible for Double Volume
- Customers who have purchased 1Mbps basic package (before the launch of promo) in the month of April will get double volume automatically within next week – they will also be informed through email & SMS
Fix your services first man then talk about discounts. Obviously Wi-Tribe is offering double volume because they know the user is going to get so frustrated with the speed that they would just quit trying. What hypocrisy!!!

I am old user of wi tribe. I return my device after using their service. They give user speed by share basis. My location was liaquatabad karachi. I had many complaints but no real solutions. After this situations . I returned my device in start of month and give dues of whole month. Nowadays I am using mobilink infinity which is not ratio basis. You also check demo whit out any charges.

looks like a copy paste email .. witribe has actually increased the prices of its packages and are forcefully converting its customers to higher price packages. earlier they imposed Rs 50 and now Rs 150 are imposed in the package price. and the reason they give is that u have signed agreement with witribe that the company can increase prices any time. haaahhhh… pathetic..
