Zong Launches Pakistan’s Largest Contact Centre in Islamabad

Zong has launched its state-of-the-art Contact Centre in Chak Shehzad Islamabad, which was inaugurated today by Ms. Anusha Rehman, Minister for Information Technology and Telecom.

Company claims this newly launched contact centre as being the largest cloud based contact centre in the country.

Chariman PTA, Dr. Ismail Shah, Secretary IT, Akhlaq Tarar and other dignitaries were also present at the inauguration ceremony.

With the launch of this new Contact Centre, Zong has taken another giant leap to provide best in class support services to its customers and facilitate them with their queries round the clock.

The Contact Centre will allow Zong to get closer to the consumer pulse and address their needs more promptly. Additionally, the Contact Centre will also create more job opportunities in Pakistan hence making a positive contribution to the economy.

Commenting on Zong’s contribution to the IT industry, Ms. Rehman said, “We appreciate any endeavour that adds value to the IT & Telecom industry of Pakistan. As the fastest growing cellular network of the country, Zong is playing a key role in providing better telecom services to Pakistanis through its innovative initiatives and driving the industry wide growth.   • They should have done that 3, 4 years back. I never had a chance to connect with agent at ZONG helpline. Trsut me they have so huge wait time

    • Trust me, by judging your desperation level, you can easily go to there service centere, as they are open to general public. :P
      Talking about huge wait time? Lets talk about 1218 :)

  • hehe Zong is poorest when it is about something related to internet/cloud,

    we can’t even complaint their contact email gives delivery notification error mentioning multiple zong employees emails,

    complaint web links doesn’t work and you are advised by call center to kindly use IE6

    oh yeah, complaint management works with firefox too, if you keep you browser open for more than 3 minutes after clicking Submit button :P until don’t refresh the page
