sri sri ravi shankar is proven to an extremist hindu. naeem zamindar is shamelessly propagating hinduism in Pakistan

Check below video to check Shankar’s views about Islam. I will doubt someone’s beliefs if he still supports shankar after this video.

What’s wrong with promoting Hinduism in Pakistan. Promoting Islam in other countries is ok but promoting other religions in our own country is a ‘threat to Islam’. That’s some insecurity!

      • aamir7

Promoting Hinduism by Muslims is a problem. If you aren’t clear, I can explain the “Whys” to you.

  • Independent.pk

Naeem Zamindar is Khalifa of Ravi Shankar in Pakistan and brings him to Pakistan many times to show his performance of spreading his agenda in Muslim country which was never accepted by Hindus of India since Pakistan creation. In Pakistan, Naeem is spreading this agenda in the name of Art of Living an NGO whose claims of spreading happiness in the stressed people.

Interestingly, his AOL is spreading the happiness among the elite and influential Pakistanis which exposed their agenda. There is also be possibility that this network is doing spying of Pakistan on different secret aspects for India as the influential, family members of armed forces serving or retired from top ranks, bureaucracy, business tycoons, corporate sector people are member of this controversial AOL.

It is a big security threat, especially considering the existing law and order situation and matters related to Taliban and Baluchistan that a telecom company takes dictation from India and also happily gathers influential Pakistanis and make them a part of this great conspiracy.

From cultural and religious point of view, Art of Living’s sessions in a closed rooms with lights off raise lots of questions. Such breathing and relaxing exercises in such a way can never be termed in accordance to Islam and our constitution.

why don’t you call Rawalpindi and wake them up? or they are spying for India too? because AOL is spreading Indian agenda everywhere freely doing whatever they want, Balochistan and Taliban…. blah blah and they are not even moving an inch?

  • ahee

Well I am a wateen employee and I can say it is not true. Maybe this sort of stuff might be happening at very high management level reporting directly to CEO but we never had a wiff at our level

  • Salmaan Aslam

I agree with the guy below, they are infiltrating the elite through such practices where they take us away from our faith by preaching their own views which all of us know are extremist hindu ideals.

  • Somebody

“Islam is a complete religion that offers all sorts of solutions for everything including stress management.”

    That says all.

    • ImranG

Really? Please quote me one authentic reference where it is mentioned how to manage stress.

i dont think u r a MUSLIM, even a MUSLIM not offering NAMAZ regularly cant talk like that regarding NAMAZ

            • ImranG

Typical extremist begerti. Instead of giving me a logical answer they resort to name calling and accusation. For all of you MCs, suck my d!ck.

              • http://www.bulklikesstore.com/ Bilal Tariq

well, to you the logical answer is noting because you are here to put doubts in minds of Muslims, “Hope you are getting paid well for this.” ;)

And in Namaz and reading Quran our stress disappear because we know ALLAH created this world and he is controller of this world, If we are in some kind of stress then this is a small test from ALLAH and only he can remove this stress, when we read Quran we get comfort that, YES! there is ALLAH and he will remove our tensions.

And moreover, If a a person is a true Muslim then there is no stress for him in any thing, cause he know all that already.

We Muslim don’t need stress relieve classes from some third class dirty Endian, only thing we need is a strong IMAN.

      • mazgr8

Mr. Imran if you wanna experience just recite Surah Yaseen before going to bed. let just experiment. and revert with your comments after it
waiting for your post experiment views bro

        • ImranG

Yeah, done that many time and nothing happened. In fact, I got bored. Now accuse me of my heart being blind and stamped of darkness.

          • aamir7

Getting bored of reciting Surah Yaseen?

            May Allah help you.

            • ImranG

What can I do if I get bored. Should I force myself not to get bored. If Allah has made me that way then where is my fault. If things don’t convince me and I can’t feel truth in my heart then where is my fault. Lets see if Allah will help me. I have honestly tried everything to find the truth and I couldn’t see any. If after all of this I have to act like sheep then I would rather burn in eternal hell then do things which don’t convince me.

              • aamir7

Every tried Yoga at AoL, did it help you?

                • ImranG

Nope! I don’t even like yoga. But tried many tantric meditation techniques by Osho and they were wonderful. Tried buddhist Vipassana and it is so simple yet so difficult.

                  • aamir7

Then that’s your place maybe. Wish you peace.

                    • ImranG

Amdin, you must have so much hatred for non-Muslims that knowingly or unkonwingly you have written “piece” instead of “peace”. But don’t worry, I don’t need your blessings anyway.

                    • aamir7

yes, that was a typo. I am sorry for that. I have no issues with non-Muslims, believe me.

                • Dissolution0fEternity

Your objective and open minded. Kudos to you!

              • Dissolution0fEternity

I like your arguments. Your a realist.

      • Rizwan Shakir

Well replied Sam, unless he is a blind, shit head who knows nothing abt Islam and is a perverted, moron shit head feeling guilty of being a Muslim who never studied about this religion and asks questions that depict his mental fatigue

        • ImranG

Studied? I have studied this religion far better and in far more depth than many of your Mullahs and Sheikhs. I have been an Wahabbi and Sunni and Deoband and what I concluded is that it is all just a way to enslave people and make them brain dead. Now, is there any possibility of any logical reply which focus on the issue instead of personal sentiments.

          • Rizwan Shakir

With every word studied, u have dug deeper into cave of mental sickness

            • ImranG

Then problem must be with what I studied.

              • Rizwan Shakir

Sorry 4 being late… No, the problem most of time lies with the Interpreter or interpretation being made. It is upto the person observing a thing, how it looks like to him and at the same time being percepted entirely opposite by other people… so it can be said quite confidently that the line after initial 3 dots is a truth. Peace.

personal life isn’t discussed here at all. its about the guy’s influence on fellow workers. and fyi there are few personal things that can really shame Naeem Zamindar.

      • Insider_info

give me 24 hours and i’ll dig lots of things about you also sire or any of our politicians and most certainly about any of the other top management guys in the country …. or for that matter 99.9% of the people in this country.

This is not about finding personal things about someone that can bring them a bad name – its about crossing over into a territory (far from a shameful part of their personal life) where you put their lives in danger, just to fulfil a personal agenda !

  • Ali Tahir

Don’t know about the influencing bit but this is kinda old news.

NAMAZ NAMAZ NAMAZ…Allah told us by Our Beloved Prophet Mohammad SAWW that DO Prayer (Namaz) and today science proven that Namaz is the Most Full Exercise for the human body….

    • ImranG

      Sorry, it is trampoline jumping.

    • Shahid Saleem

science has shown this? What science? Why do you have to use lies to promote Islam?

      • imkhalid
        • ImranG

Its funny. Both sources are from Islamic websites. No independent research says that.

          • imkhalid

Islamic or not, both sources has certified people(DRs/PHDs) who researched on NAMAZ’s scientific benefits/effects on human body, hence proved STRESS MANAGEMENT by ISLAM no need for any HINDU/CHISTIAN/JEW specialists

            • Shahid Saleem

Bhai if it was a scientific proof, then non-Muslims who did actions like prayer would also have the same benefits.

              But is there such proofs?

              • shoot

Shahid you need proof of what Allah has said??, have you forgotten your start when you were nothing more than a drop of dirty blood.

                • Shahid Saleem

If Allah has said it, show the verse. In Arabia “ayat” means “proof”. So, if Allah has said it, show the proof. It should be easy.

                  But
                  You
                  Can’t.

                  • aamir7

In my personal opinion, stress won’t come to you if you live your life by Islamic principles, i,e, don’t lie, don’t dodge people, don’t hurt others, don’t steal money and so on.

Tawakkul also keeps you away from stress.

I have seen people having no stress, just because they follow Islamic way of livings.

If you need exact verse, I can arrange it for you by asking someone.

                    • Shahid Saleem

Well Monster said “today science proven that Namaz is the Most Full Exercise for the human body”

I do not believe him without evidence. Where is the evidence?

That is what I’m asking about. I don’t know why “shoot” is confused, there is NO VERSE linking namaaz and exercise.

                    • Insider_info

I thought this was a Telecom related blog and you were a journalist – what’s the religious preaching all about?

On a separate note, dont we wish that everyone did practice Islam in half its essence. The 7 people that you have seen are blessed !

          • Rizwan Shakir

There hasnt been a research “independent” bcoz these are funded always. But if u dont want to agree, then simply dont. Maybe u know some scientist whose research is not funded by multi nationals and pharmaceuticals

      • Asim Ijaz

Agreed. We dont need science to prove anything… What good is eman if we require scientific evidences to verify what has been said in the Quran !!

  • Salman Ansari

Don’t we have anything better to do other than follow the tend of the mainstream media yellow journalism? Naeem has been involved in the Art of Living since long and follows this as way of helping people reduce stress. For all the years that I have known him as a professional, he has never tired to influence me or any other industry colleagues.

Perhaps, it is the ethos of the Pakistani professional insecurity that people cannot say no to something they do not want to do, because the boss likes it. People take to parties, drinking, gambling and more because they feel that this will please the boss and make life more comfortable for them.

How sad. What a commentary on the lack of confidence in themselves and Allah.

The Indian bugaboo is periodically brought up to scare the shit out of us. There are other more malevolent threats to our existence.Grow up already.

In my four decades of running organizations and working with thousands of professionals and workers, I firmly believe, that unless we grow up as a Nation, become more mature and confident of our abilities, we will have this vector of death by self immolation, always moving in the wrong direction.

Wateen, like some other companies have faced an existential threat due to the ills and theft and mismanagement of the people who drove it to the ground. As an industry professional and observer, I did not hear a peep out of the people about what is happening, at that time. Many were complicit in the corruption and should be happy that some are still there. Even me, as an outsider knew it then and many know this now as well.

Shouldn’t the people stand behind a leader who is trying to salvage this company and make it viable again?

With sadness as I see systems being ground to a halt, policies being torn apart, profits eroding and most importantly jobs evaporating.

So, ProPakistani, we expect better from you.

And better from people who should not just try to grow themselves but also the organisations they are in.

Pakistan, in case some of us are unaware, also faces an existential crisis which is not going away but now threatening our survival as a Nation.

So who ever has launched this malicious campaign, my sincere request is to please go back into the hole in the ground where you may crawled out of, or have courage and stand up and fight for the betterment of the company which feeds you and your family and for this country, which we call Pakistan.

    My two pennies worth.

    • AAA

      Very well said dear

    • AAA

Loved every line of your writing… True & very thought provoking indeed. I suspect, this campaign is being carried out by those lemmings who have been recently kicked out of the company on corruption charges…Those Mullahs who were sucking blood of Wateen for many years…. I have personaly met many of their sub-ordinates who are celebrating the firing of their bosses, almost every sub-ordinate is a witness of their corruption & has undergone the inhuman treatment by these bosses…

  • ImranG

So what is wrong with it. Why you hypocrites cry over this useful thing which might help to manage stress. Ask yourself first, do you do only Islamic things in your life.

    • Imran

haha useful thing. you better read this to get the complete picture http://beyondaolfree.wordpress.com/

    • Rizwan Shakir

Doing nothing Islamic and preaching nothing Islamic are not the one and same thing, u empty headed freak :p

  • Danish

I dont see anything wrong if they are not asking you to leave Islam and change your religion.

    • Imran

if it wasn’t wrong then why agencies have asked them to stop the nonsense?

      • Danish

Apparently nothing seems wrong, agencies can stop them if they think that something is wrong

  • Uzair

I say what I am about to say as an avid reader of this website, which has on numerous occasions provided me with much needed info on tech in Pak. This particular piece though I find highly objectionable. Firstly Wateen has over the years had many workforce changes, leaving behind many an aggrieved employee. Therefore, just writing ‘sources’ or quoting unnamed employees does not pass as responsible journalism or reporting, since any person with a grudge against Naeem could say whatever was needed to malign him. Secondly circumstantial evidence, which is the only evidence being asserted in this piece, is never enough to prove guilt or wrongdoing. All it manages to do is mislead and misguide a reader into thinking the subject of the piece is guilty when actually they are not. Lastly, people in this country are, unfortunately, threatened and put into danger for far less than what the writer has done, which is imply that Naeem – who in my opinion comes off as a charismatic and a humble individual – is a foot soldier of someone who you refer to as having ‘ties with hindu extremists’. You’ve basically put a bullseye on Naeem’s back with such an assertion, and this can be construed as incitement to violence. I expect better from this blog, or at least I did. I personally would leave the hardcore reporting to people better suited to the profession, who can do justice to their trade.
P.S. I say all this as a person who actually uses Worldcall.

  • Faisal

What a shame Aamir, pathetic pathetic blog, in our society we are already not united, and here you throw another stone.
I am sorry to say, this is not true, same is being confirmed by one of Wateen’s employee.

Dear Wateen, Please throw some adds for this vary site, you may not see things like this in future.

Grow up Aamir, if you can, otherwise, at least i would not log in to PP ever again.

    Regards,
    Faisal

    • aamir7

Just to let you know, Wateen advertises with us, already. They may stop after this. Rest of your feedback has been noted.

This is so raciest….if this was some “gora” would you have written about it? I doubt it

      • Insider_info

It was a very very irresponsible piece considering what the implications might be. There’s a difference between freedom of speech or free media and crossing over into delicate affairs that could impact someone’s life – based purely on half cooked stories.

After talking to the dozen or so current and ex-wateen employees, you might also have considered talking to the few hundred other employees that Naeem has worked with (to ask if he’s ever tried to influence them into taking the course – sending an email introducing something and influencing are two different things !!) and also the few thousand people who have taken the AOL course to find out what really happens there.

Very disappointing to see this on a blog that many of us follow religiously !!

Thanks for not visiting this forum again.

  • novice

This is highly irresponsible reporting if it can be called reporting at all. This is more like to piece of writing to incite hate against a person. All fellow talking about Islam, must know better if spreading an unconfirmed information is plausible in our religion let alone spreading hatred in the name of a religion that was supposed to bring “peace”. It is high time this blog corrected its way back to professional writings on telecoms/IT instead of yellow journalism and blatant accusations.

    • Ali

Completely agree. I am a regular reader of ProPakistani and was not expecting them to be engaged in a hate campaign against a seasoned professional. At a time when people are getting murdered and murderers are glorified for their act in the name of honor, this piece of Aamir is really a shameful act. There is huge possibility that a blasphemy case would be lodged against Naeem. I would hold Aamir equally responsible if anything bad happens to him.

      Very disappointed.

  • mazgr8

It is is quite needed Mr. Ravi serve his country men and teach them how to live with peace. I don’t think so Pakistani people need his guidance for peace.

if anyone wanna live in peace & prosperity he/she must follow the teachings of Islam because ISLAM is the only Religion who practically guide us how to live with peace.

@ Mr. Zameendar I suggest him declare his religious beliefs whether he is a Muslim or follower of a hindu priest?

Hope I was able to convey my message

  • Aamir pasha

Believe me most of the negative comments are from the people who were fired from Wateen…and they are just throwing out their anger..
Aamir you really showed unprofessionalism here.. Do you really think you should have done this …So much disappointed

  • Saleet

Personal character and background is always important in judgement of someone’s personality, even the person is running the best humanitarian organization of the world. Naeem Zamindar should have about it.
This man should immediately be isolated from Pak society and sent back where he belongs to.
“Baghal mein churi, moun mein raam raam”

    • mazgr8

      @ Saleet
I am quite agree with you

  • Parvez

Dear all, normally i tend to sit on the sidelines but this article is really unprofessional and lacks credibility which I did not expect from propk and therefore feel the need to raise my voice.

For the record I have known naeem since 1994 and we have worked together on various projects, I always found him to be a honest and sincere professional and as for the art of living, I can confirm that naeem never tried to impose it on me or anyone I know.

We should have more confidence in ourselves and our beliefs else imagine if someone posted a photo of our PM with the Indian PM does that mean we are threatened and doomed to indian dominance ???

Give us some credit and Keep up the good work naeem !

    PA

  • Insider_info

I’ve done the AOL course twice and I can vouch that this article and the claims of anyone spreading indian or hindu propaganda through the AOL are completely nonsense and rubbish.

I would not be surprised if this was started by people who are disgruntled wateen employees or ones waiting in line to take Naeem’s position which he’s held for many years now. It seems to be the easiest way to completely mess up someone’s life these days – associate him with a different religion or our neighbouring country.

On another note, Pro-Pakistani/ Aamir – we really expected you to be smarter, wiser and more responsible than this – this most certainly is shameful and negligent on your part (knowing well what the implications could be).

I’ve done blogging and opinion polling in my younger days and have literally stripped marketing departments to shreds on their campaigns and IQ levels but have never attacked people personally as to who goes to a night club and who dates whoin a xyz company. This is going a bit too far. You only win a war when you are fair. This is something that even your enemies will appreciate.

  • Fawad

All I can say is: ha ha ha. This is supposed to be cutting-edge, breaking telecom news. Aamir, seriously get some more content. There is enough happening in the world that you can report on and educate this country with, instead of publishing something which you are unable to seriously prove or substantiate as of any concern.
180 million people, millions who bow to Pirs and other bearded fellows, not to forget legislators, etc. And you want to report on the 0.1% who attends a yoga class taught by a Hindu. This is what breeds differentiation, racism, sexism and other -isms.

  • AG

by carefully reading the comments and analyzing timeline, I can safely say that Naeem asked his “friends” and like minded wateen employees to go and bash Aamir on this seemly true news.

Amir, you are doing a good job. The name “ProPakistani” should say it all. Pakistan first.

    • Insider_info

By carefully analysing your comment, I can safely say that you have absolutely no idea what AOL is, in the first place and you probably dont even know who Naeem is.

I’d really like to see some comments from people who have either worked for/ with Naeem or have attended the AOL course at least once in their lives !!

“I’d really like to see some comments from people who have either worked for/ with Naeem or have attended the AOL course at least once in their lives !!”

First of all we should know who is Shri Shri Ravi Shankar is:
Sri Sri Ravi Shankar has no qualification in mental health, physical
health or even Ayurveda. He is practicing medicine and Psychiatry
without a License Globally. This is harmful for every person. Read the Art of
Living’s own research paper titled “Depression Summary” on Art of
    Living’s research site.

    Go by
evidence. If you do so, you will realize that Sri Sri Ravi Shankar
brainwashes people like he has just done with under-discussion gentleman.

Most of the money that he makes indirectly via IHNIs (Innocent High Networth Individual’s like Naeem or Jews, etc) is spent on his
stays in seven star hotels in exotic locations all over the world and
on flying by first class (among other expensive habits).

    Sometimes
    he
travels to upto 12 countries in a month. Whoever discovered that he
indulges in fraudulent practices should not have resorted to violence
but let’s give a chance to Naeem to avoid similar mistakes in future. He
can issue a formal apology before its too late, their customers & investors particularly.

If Naeem is strong enough to do so, Shri Shri Shankar won’t be able to avail protocol on the airport & will be taking a radio cab for sure & shall be staying at some hotel at cant. station for sure.

    Thumbs Up Aamir !!!

    Well Done.

This is bold journalism … Let me explain what yellow journalism is … Yellow Journalism is something putting comments in favor of Naeem to gain some business or consultancy contracts, etc, etc, etc.

  • ABO- JALAMBU

Now we understand that why WATEEN business is going down day
by day because it’s COE is non-believer and
working against the laws of Allah Almighty. Share value of any company is the
true parameter of its market face value and Wateen share has drop down from
rupee 10 to rupee 4.5 and catastrophic fire of Aurriga center-2012 means some
    thing.

  • Atif Naem

Very nice amir. You are doing good job. I wonder other similar forums have been blocked and facing problems to raise real issues, which you are highlighting in your blog. In fact, this has also become mafia in our country – Telecom Mafia – If someone raise real issues it is called yellow journalism etc.

Being an employee, I can tell you that Naeem Zamindar is a very humble, down to earth & human friendly person. He is an asset of this country & is currently working hard to take the company to new heights (many plans can’t be disclosed right now) & as always happens in this country, jealous people or companies have started spreading propaganda against him like Mullahs do…

  • novice

This is no longer about a person. Not about Naeem. It is about the shamelessness of a supposedly educated professional in inciting hate. And then we all, again supposedly educated telecom industry guys making all sorts of comments. It seems all this negativity around us has now started creeping in these professional circles as well.

As for Aamir, your blog could do a lot better without these hate mongers. Or was the piece coming with the right price? I’d rather assume it to be a mistake of judgement :)

I have gone through the content available on internet by this insane yogi baba. guys, i am telling you, this person is potentially harmful therefore he shouldn’t be granted visa for PK. Anyone who is promoting him in Pakistan should be banned without any further delay. How can he operate art of living? I dont know this Naeem personally but as I have seen him following this baba … clearly shows that baba has strong skills of brainwashing. Who appointed him CEO btw, he looks so innocent and very nice but u know anyone can take anything from him if he can be fooled by such an insane baba whose appearance is extremely doubtful.

First and foremost, if the so-called-efforts of one man are such a threat to the faith of “such strong believers” then I’m really sorry to say there’s not much room for discussion anyway.

There is a clear difference between inviting someone politely to try something and forcing them to do it. Anyone who has ever come across Naeem will confirm (even if its some fanatic mullah) that there are two things most prominent about Naeem – the constant smile on his face (which after a while starts affecting people around him positively and usually it ends up in the room’s collective energy being lifted) and secondly his softness in speech.

One can totally imagine Naeem saying to someone (you look tired and stressed – try the AOL sometime if you can, it will help you relax) and could never imagine him saying “you have to try the AOL or else ….” (even assuming that he ever did, which I don’t believe he’s capable of, he’d say it with a big smile !!!!!).

Like someone mentioned above, a suggestion coming from a CEO is implemented without thinking for a split second but at that time, the intention is to please the boss because he’s the source of your bread and butter – unfortunately, at that time, there is no connection to religious teachings about where the rizq will come from – Assuming there was a connection between AOL and some other religion — As a soldier of your religion (which they don’t hesitate to play, on web blogs) there would be no counter argument to the CEO that your “so-called/ so-perceived” teachings are in conflict with my religion that I very much love – us waqt sirf promotions and appraisals yaad hotay hain !!!

Btw, to set the record straight – I’ve taken the course twice and not frigging once in the entire 5 day course is “EVER” the word Islam or Hinduism or any mention of any religion brought up !!!!!!!)

Frankly, if all of these e-soldiers of religion and most others (especially the emotional fanatics) in our country practiced Islam in half its essence, we wouldn’t have most of our problems today and for assumption sake, if Naeem and his “secret army of preachers” were trying to spread Hinduism or whatever else, it wouldn’t have any impact on us as we’d be far beyond that !

NOW. Factually. What one is supposed to achieve by doing the Art of Living breathing exercises (oh yeah, that’s all there is to it – breathing techniques !!!) could be called as a short cut for what one does through Yoga.

Is ProPakistani now planning on breaking a story on all the yoga instructors and institutions around the country: there are many many more – I say screw this telecom reporting .. lets get into this much more lucrative business of character assassination. Oh yeah, and involve religion in it too – that just adds to the spice and ensures the impact desired.

    • aamir7

Sir you are getting emotional by bringing AoL into the discussion, while the actual discussion — the post above — didn’t even touch AoL at all.

Its more about asking (even politely) someone for something, for which you are the chairman. Which has a cost (even if its in pennies), asking for something for which you are given the headship in the country.

Employees — I am telling you again — have confirmed me that they had to join the classed, even when they didn’t want to just because the CEO had asked them.

      This is called influencing.

If you have indeed practiced Yoga, then be patient, calm down and admit the fact. I can’t help you if you can’t admit this.

And by the way I am willing to discuss AoL, if you want me to. But that will only get ugly for AoL.

      • Insider_info

My dear Sir, actually I am getting a little emotional – I’ll tell you why.

First of all, let me tell you about myself. I served in Naeem’s team some years ago – it was a 13 persons’ team. He was the VP and I was an Associate (6 layers down in the hierarchy). The first time Naeem mentioned AOL to me was when one day I came to office dishevelled and swollen faced because of no sleep the night before (work related night). He politely (with a smile) asked what was wrong and then mentioned AOL to me, ending with “try it sometime, it would do you good”. I didn’t go – not for another year. When I did end up going, he wasn’t even in the country.

The point is that influence is only when you want it to be. His intentions I don’t know – but the way he mentioned it did not seem like influence. I did not believe in yoga or AOL or any such thing back then so I was sure I didn’t want to do it and I didn’t. I wasn’t penalised – in fact, that year I got a promotion as well as a recognition award.

Now, let me give you another fact. Naeem has been running the AOL for almost 11 years. In these 11 eleven years, he has also been the HOD and VP for Mobilink for almost 4 years (and had the opportunity to influence over 4000 employees) and CEO Wateen for almost 4 (where he could’ve influenced a few thousand in total).

If he was actually influencing people, AOL would be one of the most profitable NGOs (if you could really call it that in the first place) in the country. The truth is they didnt even have a permanent place to carry out the classes until one of their teachers volunteered to use their house which then became the AOL centre.

My biggest issue with this article is that knowing fully well what the implications of such an article could be in Pakistan, you should not have printed it without doing more research (after which you would not have printed it in the first place). The last time someone mentioned AOL on TV (which was again a complete set up), some hooligans went and burnt down a poor lady’s house (which was the result of her life long earnings). This is the country where someone suggesting amendments in the blasphemy law gets shot and the cold blooded killer becomes a national hero. You could argue with me on that also but then this is where difference in religious beliefs comes in and that I’m not willing to discuss with anyone.

You as a journalist shouldve shown more responsibility and that is my issue. If 10 wateen employees have said what they did to you – there are about 10,000 others who Naeem has been a boss to (directly or indirectly) but will vouch that there was never any influence.

      • Insider_info

Oh and btw, I didnt bring AOL in the discussion – you did sir.

If you had stuck to Naeem influencing people to join his organisation (or that he’s the Founder for) and hadn’t mentioned the below pasted excerpts, I wouldn’t have any problem:

Art of Living claims to relieve individual stress, societal problems, and violence through various exercises. This organization, having chapters in various countries is headed by Mr. Ravi Shankar, a Hindu spiritual leader, who was once ranked by Forbes as 5th most influential leader in India.

Mr. Ravi Shankar – having extremist Hindu sentiments – has visited Pakistan to commence “Art of Living” operations in the country under headship of Mr. Naeem Zamindar.

  • Sajjad Noor

Fake propaganda by ProPakistani Admin. You definitely may have negative intentions towards Naeem that’s the reason you’re trying to portray him negative. This is not true that Naeems insists Wateen employees to join Art of LIving.

Plus, i do not understand why on earth would you only highlight Naeem for promoting Yoga in Pakistan whereas everybody knows that Yoga as an exercise is already been practiced in Pakistan in many cities very openly by many other experts…

    • Dr. Naseem

do some research sajid, it is not yoga only. why do you need a hindu baba for yoga?
