PakWheels has officially started operations in Karachi. The primary work carried out in the new office will be related to Marketing and Business Development.
Over the last 10 years, PakWheels has helped millions of Pakistanis buy & sell cars and bikes, read automotive reviews and news, check automotive prices and find solutions to their automotive needs.
The new Karachi office, which operates from DotZero, will help PakWheels increase brand presence and footprint in the Southern region of the country. Currently, the Northern region of Pakistan which includes Punjab and KP is well covered in terms of brand awareness and market saturation.
The expansion comes hot on the heels of a new round of funding from Frontier Digital Ventures, a Malaysian venture capital fund. Earlier in October this year, PakWheels announced that it had closed over $3.5 million in capital to kick things off to a new level. The investment is till date the largest publicly announced investment deal in Pakistan.
