  • Zong kindly try to invest on your employees as well, salaries are not as per telecom market and culture is pathetic in company.

    • Please elaborate what are the salaries which you think should be as per telecom market. Tell us figures.

      • @Fake CEO: Market knows all about your company inside. The culture you have is same what is the reliability of cheap ZTE equipment which Zong is using.

        • who sent you here to comment? Warid? Ufone? Mobilink? Telenor?
Mister Ahmed, I am waiting for your reply.

          • @fake CEO: just try to improve instead of investigating. This also proves some reality

            • dear ahmed, if you are demanding salaries as per telecom market, you should also tell me what is telecom market paying their employees and Zong is not. Why are you hesitant ?

              • He is simple PHATTOOO
I am not a Zong employee nor the Zong User, but what I am saying here as a professional.

If any employee is not satisfied over salary or work load, he/she must discuss with Immediate and HR. If he/she is not getting positive response its open to switch JOB.
As Mr Ahmed is saying other companies are paying more salaries, I would like to suggest him to switch your JOB (if you have GUTS and other companies really benefit more)

                • Dear, you started the comment with this line.

“Zong kindly try to invest on your employees as well, salaries are not as per telecom market and culture is pathetic in company.”
Now bring proof of this line otherwise it would be a fake claim like Obama eats ‘nihaari’ in breakfast.
and by the way, I have obtained your IP address mister Ahmed and now I know your identity. :-)

                  • Share the salary structure and culture of the company is really worst where top management is only to screw lower staff. As as HR Zong is worst among all other telecos.
                    What kind of proof required.
