  • While their BB service not reliable in Islamabad, this introduction is just sales fraud, nothing more!

Why don’t they enhance quality for the existing customers first instead of introducing new services?

The management in PTCL focused on new products to increase their salaries; if they will waste time enhancing quality for existing customers, they will never be able to earn extra cash because existing customers will not pay for quality enhancement.

Their support staff like jerk. They don’t know what to do, yet PTCL get best call centre services award?? What rubbish!

PTCL may have monoply but consumer court will never recognize their monoply of any kind. They still are company and they are nothing without us! PTCL needs to recognize us or else we will throw PTCL in dustbin.

We need just one best alternative, just 1 and then these PTCL staff will beg in front of us. Waiting for that moment.

  • He he, just another way to waste our money. Their so called charji is surely pathetic just like their other evo devices. I had experienced their first evo device and am really experienced enough to say that they have the worst coverage. Warid , zong etc. Are providing better internet. although a bit expensive, it will soon become cheaper, and then I will completely ditch ptcl’s rubbish.

  • Just waiting for a truly unlimited 4g internet..
I hope its not a picture of a skull with “still waiting” :p

  • PTCL is the most garbage ISP in Pakistan. I wish WorldCall or Qubee or Wateen etc had better packages and bigger infrastructure so then PTCL would only be limited to Telephone lines.
