Zong Offers Online Recharge through Credit and Debit Cards

Zong customers can now reload their account balance with credit and debit cards. With this facility, all Zong customers — both prepaid and postpaid — will be able to clear their dues or load balance into their accounts through credit or debit cards from anywhere in the world.

How to Recharge Zong Account Online?

  • Go to this link: https://o2oonlinerecharge.zong.com.pk/O2O/PaymentDesign.aspx
  • Select your account type: Prepaid or Postpaid
  • Fill in the required information
  • Click on Recharge
  • On next page, enter your credit card information and press submit
  • That’s it.

Please note that maximum amount that can be transacted against any one Zong number in any 24 hour period is Rs. 2,000 for Pre-paid and Rs. 5,000 for Post-paid.

    I used this link http://o2o.zong.com.pk/o2o/ (written on my bill) to top-up my zong number to check if payoneer works or not. Although the transaction was successful but i never received my balance.
    I complaint zong with the successful transaction screenshot (attached) via email and this was their response.

    With reference to your email; please note that as per the complaint regarding Amount deduction but credit not received issue, no issue is found against the number. As per the feedback, no payment of Rs. 50 is received against the number 3136529900. Kindly contact the relevant bank for assistance.

  • Why are you posting old news? I already used to recharge my account online. Zong already had a online payment services through debit/credit card. It’s just that somebody at Zong recognized that they need to promote such method. Stop posting irrelevant topics.

  • How much is deducted on any such recharge? e.g. On a recharge of 100 how much will actually be deducted from my debit/credit card?
