Respected members of this community, kindly use this thread to introduce yourself, so others can get to know you and the overall environment remains friendly. You can tell us about your studies, occupation, hobbies, friends and family and what else you want to share, by the way don't share your passwords, its not safe here

Starting with me, My name is Muhammad Zohair Chohan (MZC) and i live in Lahore, Pakistan, i have done my M.com with specialization in Marketing in late 2009 (though i never liked my subjects but i always got excellent GPA's), tried getting some job but didn't like the 1-2 i got (low salary tough duty), so officially i am an unemployed person looking for a job, though i work as a blogger, freelance graphic designer, web developer etc, that pretty much covers my monthly expenditures. I love to watch movies, and sometimes i also play video games (3rd person shooter mostly) I am also fond of reading books and recently e-books too. I love to hang out with friends and i also love to talk about technology and related stuff!

I hope that's enough about me :o now its your turn!

My name is Chaudhary Ijaz Ahmed (CIA)

but I am against this cast/sub-cast thing, so I didn't chose CIA as my user name. By education and profession, I am electronics engineer residing in Islamabad doing own business. Interests include electronics, UPS technology, solar systems, cell phones, automotive and energy conservation.

Well the casts tells about the person's nature, believe me its true. But we should also keep in mind that all human beings are equal and the most honoured of them is one who is most righteous. So one should not be proud of who he is or how great his forefathers were.

I grew up outside Pakistan and I DID NOT KNOW MY CASTE until after I got married and my wife one day mentioned it.

I am not joking, my parents never mentioned caste nor did I hear my neighbour Pakistanis talk about it. My parents did not put in my name so I had no hint.

I think too many people in Pakistan use it to subdivide ourselves. Castes, provinces people were born in, etc. Sad.
