I don't think Samsung makes portable Hard Disks, and normally its 500GB not 520, anyway you can buy WD or Lacie portable hard disks in 5000-6000 PKR range.

Samsung have portable HDDs and SSDs. here in my place 500 GB samsungs portable HDD are available. 64-256 GB Samsung SSDs are available but they are very expensive and you have to buy another casing too. 1 TB Seagate portable HDD cost 3100 INR here. WD,Seagate,hitachi,ADATA,Transend etc all are having good products you can buy from any brand and check on ebay and flipkart you will get good deals on HDDs. If you wish check for "Silicon Power" particularly Silicon Power Stream S10 , this brand is getting good reviews.
