    Modem Issue..

    I have AN 10120-16T modem,its internet line remains red,it should be green. I have complain them but they say it is from exchange..... is it so??
    If not then how it will be solved?

    Open a new Tab/Window in your browser, enter 192.168.1.1 - with credentials admin / admin , in the left menu click Device Info under that click WAN - Post the error message you are getting in the Status Column.

    Did you tried using via PPPoE dialup?

    yes i tried but it says password or username is wrong.....

    Finally they resolved my problem ................now it is green.....

    I am getting the same on the PTCL Wifi router, but luckily the bridging method works.

    It is a backend issue........will be green after some time if you are lucky..
