Qubee or Wi-Tribe?

Every new company in Pakistan offers good services in beginning. After getting good customer base companies starts collecting money on the expense of good services and same the case with wi-tribe and qubee. We need new ISP every year so that we can get good internet services atleast for one year. After that new ISP will also focus only on collecting money and we will move to newly established ISP

isn't it the temporary solution. e.g. i used NOD32 free and i update serial number before its expiry. then i install avast (free version) and now i forget about anything like that.. so i say we need permanent solution for this..
