PTA 668! Fail???

Since the very beginning of this project, Customers started to point fingers about the accuracy of the data, and now even after 2 years, the project is still a Fail, mostly due to the negligence of Telecom Companies as according to my guess they don't provide accurate and timely data. Anyway for me it never showed accurate expect once or twice, there are two sims issued against my cnic (confirmed though Service Center) and i am using them for 3-4 years now but for PTA they never exist. Moreover every month the data is changed but every time its wrong, i have also checked details for some other friends and the story is same What about you guys? are you getting correct results?
