WTB [HIRE] Need coder to make custom website ...

Hey! i need custom script & website
we have company with 8 sub branches and we sell some products. We need a script which must be inter linked between all 8 sub branches to main branch by which if we sell a product in a sub branch with a generated bill it must automatically reduce the stock in the billed sub branch and that must be also seen in the main branch that a product has been sold in the sub branch and we must have an stock level if a sub branch has low stock than the minimum stock we specified it must give an alert in the main branch office. We must have an option to add and edit products and bill must be generated with the product name and a serial no and date

Example to clear: main branch must be Admin[located in Islamabad] and 8 sub branches must be as users [Other Large Cities]
We also need an website for the company

Give your prices for the script and website seprately with your previous experience and your time to complete the script (seprately for script and website)

shouldn't you tell us things like

- what platform are the sub branches running on?
- what software do you use for the sub branches backend? i assume you don't want each payment till to update the database at the head office.
- what db servers do you use?
- where will the servers reside (in the branch offices? online hosted somewhere else?)
- what kind of connectivity do the branch offices have?
- what kind of mechanism do you have to handle cases when there is no internet or no electricity at the branch offices?
- what do you want the public website to display?
- who are the potential visitors to the public website? (ordinary public, b2b, etc?)

This isn't an rs 5,000 build a website script, my friend.

A- we are not using any software, we are doing all tasks manually.

A- online hosted

A- All processes are done manually (over telephone)
Q- what kind of mechanism do you have to handle cases when there is no internet or no electricity at the branch offices?
A- No problem for that, we will update our website.
Q- what do you want the public website to display?
A- Ecommerce website, where anyone can buy our products, (All the information from every branch should be displayed in Main Branch site. i-e stock, customers etc)
Q- who are the potential visitors to the public website? (ordinary public, b2b, etc?)
A- Private B2B
