That's a bit discouraging. I mean, this is supposed to be a Tech Forum, and most likely, your members are going to come from a technical background. A personalized signature is pretty much a standard feature on forums these days, allowing members to "showcase" their work rather than actively advertise it.Originally Posted by MZC

How about create a usergroup or a mod which allows members to add a link / image to their signature only after a certain number of posts. Both are do-able and available. That would pretty much solve your problem as well as not deprive your members from a nice feature.

I believe you can recommend some good Mod for this? Which doesn't contain bugs.
Try searching for "signature" over at vb.org. There are quite a few of them there. I use one or two of them without any problems.
