Wateen Services problem for 4 months

Hi All,

Just to share my experience with all of you as I was using Wateen earlier and that time I was having 3 connections from wateen , but once I got problem with my device and I went to replace the device
since then I am having problem as the device they gave me was faulty and its not working

still I am using other ISP and no more wateen , this much big company but they don't have any device to replace my device

Hope there will be other users as well having such kind of problems

Hello..............I am being as Wateen customer strongly appreciates Wateen services. One’s experience could not consider as a whole. As we expect from the company to nip our issue in the bud, we should also follow the appropriate path to resolve our trouble. I always contact ‘custoercare@wateen.com’ and get my issue resolved.
