    Is there any software to design web logo except photoshop...

    Hmmm... I think you might mean http://www.logodesignstudio.com
    The (hyphens) in the URL are for a REAL logo design studio - for the software (which looks pretty cool too) this is the logo design studio you might mean

    BOTH of them are awesome tho!

    For a logo you should make a vector image. I suggest Inkscape. You can then transform it or whatever.

    Agree with you, inkscape is best, free and cross platform vector drawing program.
