Why this SMW4 submarine cable is always cut near Alexandria?

From the last few years why this cable is always cut near Alexandria? Sharks or Underwater "Terrorists" ?

Nothing of that kind...

It's easy to reply to customers that the submarine cable has been cut down... And; there is nothing they can do about it....

There is no such capable technical infrastructure with the service provider (PTCL) to cope-up with routine maintenance etc...
