    If you have Chrome Browser you don't need Chrome OS. Chrome OS is nothing but a browser UI on top of linux Kernel. But if you want you can download it form http://getchrome.eu/download.php. This one is not by google but its same as google, same experience.

    it is normal but do not have a direct link.. almost all Os have the same size or almost 700mb

    Yes, but if Chrome OS is nothing but a browser atop linux kernel then 700MB iso doesn't make much sense. I have seen linux distributions as small as 40MB such as DSL (Damn Small Linux).
