How to enter in Pakistan Telecom Industry ?

AOA, can anybody tell me that how to enter in Pakistan Telecom Industry(e.g Mobilink,Telenor etc). Me is student of IT & CS. Can my final degree project help me to enter in this industry.

1. improve your communication skills. "I am a student of IT & CS" not "Me is"
2. get a backup plan. the telecom industry is very small. Do you want to be the guy that gets hired and then is sent to rural areas to set up towers for weeks on end?

definitely not.if i have to do this type of work then why i am wasting time in university since last 4yrs.but 'kya telecom sector main iss ka alawa aur koi job ni',like project management type jobs.

thats the problem job phaly pak main ha nahi jab milte ha tu nahi g asay nahi wasay nahi achi nahi ha do job get some experiences complete your MS or MBA after that no one able to stop you from success

Like all other industries, If you have some links with the higher ups - you will get the job related to your education in no time. Otherwise you have to do the entry level jobs first like the CSR / TSR etc.

'degree level(BS 4year) k bad bi agr HSSC level ki job hi krni ho to mujy apna iss job plan k bara main dobara sochna chahy',because i have other options.

If MBA's can do it, why not you?

No job is small - you just have to start somewhere.

yes,it is the fact in Pakistan.' asal main hum har kam main shortcut dhond raha hota han jo k galat chez ha' and sometime very dangerous.
