I am your customer and having a vfone number. your service no doubt is very good and attractive in the sence of expenditures etc. But there is a problem while using this number in the area which is situated in Rawalpindi (Tehsil Kotli Sattian) where using the arrier two or three signals appear but we can not receive call or also can’t dail. I have been given an antena from your customer services centre for amount of Rs.1000/- which is useless when it do’nt help me is week signals please confirm me about this. Here in Rawalpindi your service without antenna is very good. But if someone want to use it in village shich has a air distance about 15 to 20 KM.
