Recently, 789 has been implemented by all five mobile operators of Pakistan. Like every other change 789 has hit the surface with an opportunity for employment with dedicated call centers. Every Telco is expanding its call center and later on, what I see is that, they will develop a separate department for 789. Though, right now 789 lines are operating in a conventional way, but to cater customer needs and cellular companies will definitely require stand alone call centers, meaning more job opportunities.
So, dear readers if you are interested in joining call center(s), this is the right time to deliver your CV at doorstep of every mobile company. Reportedly, cellular companies are randomly hiring personals for 789 call center staff and it’s the right time hit them with posting your latest CV.
But please remember, like I discussed in one of my earlier posts, if you hold a Masters’ Degree than do not apply for this job, because you will not be entertained.
Skills you need to get 789 jobs are very simple; like you must be fluent with Urdu and English speaking plus ability to handle pressure. No doubt, technical skills are also important like Microsoft office especially Microsoft Excel.
Practice for interview prior to actual interview will be a better idea, like knowing the differences and ability to use low pitch voice and high pitch voice; customer acknowledgement and empathy must be the attributes with-in you to get these jobs.
