Never saw these packages in TVCs or on their website, but our reader Chand spotted these packages on Ufone’s website. Upon inquire we came to know that F-8 Special Package is for F8 Islamabad Zone only – meaning that users can avail this package only when they will be in F-8 Islamabad.
Tariff for F8 Special package are not that impressive, which are as following
F8 Special to F8 Special Number: 91 paisa per Min
F8 Special to Ufone Number: Rs. 1.51 per Min
F8 to Other network: Rs. 1.94 per Min
While on other hands, URock is i believe an old package, which didn’t come across me earlier. It is for night riders as it offers Rs. 4.83Â Per hour from 12 AM to 6:59 AM. During day, rates on URock are as following…!
URock to Urock: 91 Paisas per min
URock to Ufone: Rs. 2.42 per min
URock to other Networks: Rs. 3.3 per min
Note: Above mentioned Prices for F8 Special and Urock are including Taxes
We don’t have any further details on these packages; and yes normal Prepaid numbers can’t be converted into URock or F8 Special Package. You need to get a new SIM from service center or franchise to avial the offer.

The Urock connections were only available at selected education institutes.
Thats right, the URock package is available at only selected educational instutions. The concert shown in the video above took place in NUST Campus, H-12, Islamabad a few months ago. It was well organized, with tight security, and with an entry fee of Rs. 200.
