Survey: Do You Contact Your Mobile Company's Online Support for Complaints/Help?

We are starting a new series of surveys to evaluate certain things about Pakistan’s Telecom industry. Each survey will run almost for 1-2 weeks. To obtain authentic results of each survey, we are targetting at least 2000 responses.

Here is this first survey, in which we will find out if Mobile users in Pakistan contact online support channels, such as Email, Contact form etc. to register their complaints or to get help.

    yups it happened twice (telenor, warid), i registered my complaints by email and they responded me in a good manner. at least i am satisfied…

    ONce i was on roaming in saudia arabia with telenor , i had some issues with the change in roaming rates , so i sent them a complain via email . With in an hour i got call from telenor on my saudi local number and they satisfied me on the topic which i was worried about.

    Yes i did couple of times with the ufone complaint form as well as the Mobilink. Both of them responded in time and solved my issue on urgent basis

    I am satisfied only with Warid. Telenor hires guys n gals who probably think we are the only executives now left in the world so they never responded or on time or in a good tone.

    I had bad experience only once with Warid when a lady was quite blunt. But I never heard her again ….(btw I lodged her complain too :P )

    I m a Ufone customer since 2001. I found it very nice in sense of service, connectivity and charges. Last time I had a complaint against the non-activation of International Roaming and I sent an email to there customer support. I was very pleased to see that their customer rep. called me in Dubai from Pakistan and helped me in a good manner and also rectify my complaint. Thanx alot for the Ufone. I really appriciate there services and dealing.
