Codes for free balance inquiries of almost all networks were rumored here and there, some worked most of them not, and some got blocked. Here we got another one for you, try it out.

This is the time when telenor got caught in its own vulnerability, simply use **444## instead of *444# for balance inquiry.

But as described earlier, companies block these kinds of codes, as they get notified.
But at the moment it is totally free to check your Telenor, Ufone and Zong balance, using these code.

Recently Mobile companies imposed the 10 paisas+tax on every balance inquiry request on the name of better services, mobile companies already take charged on card reload on the name of “BETTER SERVICES”. This means, that through Card reload charges collection mobile companies are can’t give the better services to the customers therefore charges impose the 10 paisas+tax on every balance inquiry, if mobile companies’s services are not improved again they will imposed the changes on miss calls on the name of “Batter Services”.
It is unjustified and unfair.
Ask PTA if you have any such complaints. Afterall its the regulatory body who should stop the Mobile Operators from charging in such a way.

Just visit franchise and say “Balance maloom karna hai” so if it take rush on office for only balance inquiry than companies will do free balance check again.

As we all aware that cellular companies are charging balance checks, sms checks etc. After the budget 2009 and Govt giving relief in taxes and duties to telecom operators, it was hoped to bring relief to customers but in vain.Telenor incresed service charges on recharge and now they have imposed balance checks & sms checks. Telenor may think that it will earn profit but by imposing such no activity charges, companies actually decreasing the spending power of Pakistani customers. My concerns are as follows: 1)Issue is not with amount only but it is with the policy. In other markets like India, Bangladesh etc no operator is charging even helplines. How can they charge balance check. Present operators are operating in other markets also. Can they present the examples of such no activity charges from other markets
2) Also this tax would increase corruption by telcos as we have to change the habbit of balance check after every call. Soon telcos would start charging more.
3) If all operators start the call charge summary like warid is offering then you can charge such tax claiming people misuse balance check facility.
4) Last year Telenor started this charge with a condition that 1st three attempts will be free and following will be charged.
I strongly believe that PTA can & should take action as it violates the practiced norms of telecom operators in the world. Also PTA should make a policy for such charges after consultation with the stake holders.

All these are abuses and the things to disturbed the customers, All mobile companies are kindly requested on behalf of Pro-Pakistani Forum that Please resolve this issue and allow the customer to check their balance as FREEEEEEEEE.
Let them be rich this way. These companies are inventing new ways to make money. Students of History would confirm that KINGS of the past were imposing taxes to make money. You never know, next day you hear that there will be a tax of 10 paisas every time you switch your mobile on as there system has to do some extra work.
Next day I used one of the tricks you guys mentioned on your website to check balance on my Zong number. It worked…but very next day it didn’t and there was a deduction of Rs. 10. I don’t understand the reason. I didn’t make any call or sent any message during that time but I switched my mobile off for few seconds. Congratulations to cellular companies for inventing new ways to rob I mean new horizons of business.
