Warid Excels in Network Quality

In a company statement issued today, Warid unveiled that it has two Contact Centers in Lahore and Karachi servicing almost 182,383 customers on average in 24 hours.

Statement further said that Warid has 23 fully operational business centers out of which 3 are Mobile Business Centers (an innovation in the Cellular Industry). On average there are 7000 walk in customers visit Warid business centers every day.

Warid has 84,858 retail outlets and 320 franchises across Pakistan.

Quoting Annual telecom consumer complaints report issued by Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, warid said that it received minimum complaints that reflect the quality of services Warid Telecom offers to its valuable customers.

Statement said that it serves international roaming with over 231 live GSM roaming partners in 141 countries and 128 live GPRS roaming partners in 94 countries and prepaid roaming service in 22 countries, covering about 70% of the world including Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia.
