NetSol Technologies today announced that the company was awarded a new contract with the Government of Pakistan to develop and implement a public grievance management system.
The new system will be in support of the government’s drive to introduce e-government concepts for providing improved services to its citizens.
The online grievance management system will be a key enabler in offering citizens efficient and transparent access to government. According to the agreement, NetSol will provide a web based interface for citizens to report and track their grievances, along with automation of workflows for the processing and handling of submissions.
