Ufone Launched Self Care Portal

Earlier today Ufone launched Self Care Portal to help out its customers in maintaining their account. People can now select from a wide range of products offered.

You can find out or change any information required. From viewing CDRs to changing VAS subscriptions, from switching tariffs to maintaining FnF, everything is now just a click away – no need to walk into a customer Support Center or to make a call to avail such services.

Here are the various options that one can avail

  • Customer Profile
  • Billing & Credit Details
  • Transactions Details (Ushare and card reloads – in and out share)
  • Friends & Family Numbers
  • VAS Details (You can add/remove services)
  • PIN/PUK Details
  • Address Change
  • Blocking
  • Restoration
  • Duplicate Bill
  • Tariff Details
  • Shorts Codes
  • Bill Delivery Details

If you change anything via this portal, you will be notified via SMS from Ufone about the changes. Portal can be reached at http://www.ufone.com/ufone-diy/login.aspx

Charges:

There are no portal charges and it is being offered free of cost.

      • self care portal par registration karna aur use karna free hay. lakain agar app koi service use kartay hain, for example daily horoscope updates enable kartay hain (jin ko info services kaha jata hay) tu uss par Re. 1 plus tax per day charge hoga. Self Care portal use karna bilkul free hay.

            • Dear Amir. I am unable to login on Newly launched Self Care Login Page. The error is like ‘Invalid Credentials or User not activated’.   • i checked u portal now. its great easy to understand. if ur number is already registered at ufone’s website then there’s no need of register it again. just enter ur old password and hit login.

  • amir bhai agar balence shares ki detail dakhon to kya charges hain agar uloed ki detail dakhon to kya charges hain

  • it is free but useless zong and telenor are giving more serivce with call details including free mins and sms location base service and even call block service

  • Its a great job by ufone but unfortunate we are if compare with telenor and Zong giving even the call and sms details and recharged amounts with a long detailed record. Its pitiable in this regard. Telenor is the best in this regard.

  • Dear when i try to log in then error is that ” Invalid Credentials or User not activated’”

    • For those who get this error, ‘” Invalid Credentials or User not activated’”’, most probable reason maybe that your password is in uppercase, because while entering the verification code, you might have turned the Caps Lock on.

  • @Kamran Bukhari, its not earlier today, atleast 10 days have passed because I used it then.

  • @Asif, if you registered on their site before this portal was launched (i.e. when their was the conventional one) you will have to register again.

  • For those who are having login problems….

    I have figured it out

    Just request that “Forgot Your Password”

    And you will have a new FORM of password resetting
    Just enter the code you receive from Ufone @ that time

    And enter your new password

    Then login with your new password

    Works 100%

  • I tried several times but all tips useless. I logged complaint regarding this query but technical staff suck! one week has been passed but problem is still over there even i am postpaid customer of ufone. I observed there is no difference b/w prepaid or postpaid customer for ufone. thats why mobilink indigo win the race in term of postpaid and customer services.

    all the above services are not offered by ufone ufone a complete failure i just loginto ufone but it is useless nothing is accesable

  • i am facing the same problem of ‘” Invalid Credentials or User not activated’”’. I contact helpline,amd they say that this service is available only on youth package.

  • Their self care portal is a joke. I uploaded 1500 Rupees Balance by cards to Self Care Recharge, so I could convert my Pre-Paid to Post-Paid by self care. I received SMS that the amount has been added.

    Then I chose the details and went ahead with the change. It said the change is done and for a few minutes the portal was showing my details as Post-paid, then my signals went away. Phone kept saying “SIM Registration Failed” and the portal reverted me back to Pre-Paid and the 1500 Self Care Balance is no where to be seen.

    I called Ufone Helpline, they are not even aware that there is an option on SELF CARE which enables users to convert from Pre-Paid to Post-Paid, what the hell is this?!!!

  • yar ye ufone walon ne acha nhi kea. unho ne call history check karny k leye per check 12rupees charge karna start kardeye hein. boht boht boht he ghatia kaam kea hay ye to…!!! ab har ek check k leye hum 12 rupees dein gey kya???
    pehly hum apny bachy kay number ka asani se detail hasil kar skty they.magar ab musibat khari kardi hay inho ne. sharam ka maqam hay yar itna tax inty charges k bawjood ab site ko bhi nahin chora inho ne. har jaga se bas in companies ko pese kamany ki pari hoi hay

  • Alot of users daily complain on help line about Ufone self-care a/c’s problems but they don`t care about any complain just hold to the user for a few minutes & then cut off user’s call by saying that we are transfering your call to the related person/deppt. In fact, they have failed to provide Self-care Portal services. Therefore, please don`t waist your time & money on this 3rd class service. Beside it Telnor & Zong are maintaing perfectly to self-care portal’s services. We all ufone user’s should protest against their irresponsibility by written or finally we should change the connection.

    CALL FORWARDING
    but ab main is ko completly desible ker raha ho to ya desible nahi ho raha hein… its still active is p click howa hein main is ko uncheck ker k update kerta ho to website refresh ho jathe hein par wo still check selected hota hein our ager main koi dosri server etc.. i mean call waiting check select kerta on active k lia or call forwarding ko uncheck kerta ho to ya error atha hein..

  • Ufone walon ko katora de ker road per betha do. behtareen packages hain inke, lakin yeh khamoshi se paise kat-te hain her chez ke. tasver ka wo rukh dekhate hain jahan yeh sabse ache hain, per paise katne main koi kasar nahe chorte. mere hisab se ufone is one of the best service, lakin yeh cheapness to na krain ke baghair btaye hidden charges kat-te rehte hain.ab yeh call history ka option diya hai, yeh useless hai. isper click kero to kehta hai balance nahe -jabkay mobile main balance hai. 12 PKR charge kerne ke bad bhi ager yeh haal hain to afsos ka makam hai.

    ufone bht achi service hai per apni cheapness thodi kam krain yeh log.
