PTCL reported a net profit of 9.29 billion rupees ($108.5 million) or Rs. 1.82 per share in the 2009/10 fiscal year compared with 9.15 billion rupees the previous year.

PTCL had to pay a one-time cost for a voluntary redundancy scheme in the 2008/09 fiscal year.

  • “PTCL management has decided not to pay the current month salaries and bonuses to the employees not performing their duties”
The amount of salaries and bonuses should be used to help the flood survivors.

    • They should also NOT charge customers for the service that is dead from last 12 days and which didn’t wake PeeTA up.

PTCL should officially apologize and PTA must accept for its failure to protect customer rights. News reports say that PTCL management is actually destroying records of complaints.

Media is silent on this & 1×1 news appear sometime in newspapers. Intentionally ?

  • Huge earnings with such a bullshit services.
They never listen to their clients complains just running behinds profits.

  • Will Government of Pakistan continue to allow Etisalat to take their profits out of the country – when Etisalat has not paid balance of the purchase price, amounting close to $900 millions, they own to Pakistan?

  • I would expect much more profit from a comapny like PTCL the leeches of employees and Arabs are taking too much out and not putting enough in to improve the sate of our country
