  • so if i understand this correctly – Ufones mangagement is delighted to be 3rd size network after ML and Telenor and that they are delighted that they had an average performance in comparison to ML…… seems as if these guys are easy to impress

  • Well, guyz ufone is doing well..

but most of the time it seems like confusing figures quoted by this company on many occasions.

this is doubtful for future of Ufone , if these figures are bubble figures like bubble economy.

As far as, performance is concern; this may be the new tool of harassing employees by middle level management.

  • @Usman first of all ML services and quality aint nice at all its era is over and MNP have given oppurtuanity to the people to shift to better network when ever they want . thats my personal experience even many of my friends are converted to ufone …. so it is useless to compare ML to Ufone

    • okay – lets not compare to ML – what about Telenor, they were the 5th operator they are now number 2 – is this something that a company management should be happy about !! Sorry it sounds as if you are fooling yourself like the Ufone mgt. Or maybe you are Ufone Mgt !!

  • Dear all Ufone customers,
It to make aware Ufone customers that Ufone is walking of the foot prints of Mobilink.

What happened to me is I took Uloan from Ufone and I have not toped up my account, but then I topped up from my friend of Rs.150 and I got the message from Ufone that Rs15.60 loan has been deducted and you have this balance.

But again the very next day when I checked my balance it showed me the message that ” You can not query when you are in this state” I thought that I have to top up my account as Ushare does not work because I have not returned loan very quickly and I thought that every thing will get back to normal when I’ll top up my account from a retailor and it will show all the balance including the previous Rs150 minus Rs15.60 Uloan.

But when I got the topup it only showed me Rs16+ in my account. I was very surprised to see that and I called Ufone help line and they told me A VERY SHOKING THING…

THEY SAID THAT USHARE HAS ONLY ONE DAY OF VALIDITY AND YOUR BALANCE HAS BEEN LOST.

This is a very shocking news for me, first they put more charges and taxes on Ushare amount and now they silently changed the terms and conditions THIS IS VERY SHAME FUL
THEY ARE LOOTING THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

So guyz please be careful when ever you are going to use a Ufone service because they advertise it with different terms and implent it with different conditions.

    • hy i have same problem…
my sim has also some problem.whenever I recharge my account, all money get vanished in 2 or 3 days.i have called ufone help line several times but it they dont give me any good reply…do u have any idea what this problem is????

  • Well i think Ufone is the best operator by far – although we forget it is part of PTCL so it shows that our Etisalate owners can run a business sucessfully

  • UFone’s service in Karachi at least is very poor. I am not sure why PTA is not looking into this issue.

Low signal, bad voice quality is a norm. And while traveling (when RBS changes) calls drop frequently.
