    • htc explorer is better with high quality display 180 ppi more than Samsung y 127
ppi and big resolution than Samsung what you will do when 832mhz Samsung not able play many games and apps with 240*320 resolution if you want to enjoy full android taste than go for htc explorer if double sim not need I am using htc explorer I love it

    • Explorer is leaps and bounds better than the Galaxy Y!, much better screen and UI just to start. Also it feels quite durable with a ruberised back.

If only there was a dual sim explorer, i’d buy it blindfolded

  • wait krlo galaxy mini 2 is coming soon wid Android 2.3, 16M colours, 3.2 inch touch screen n 3gb internal memory but its nt dual..only defect is its processor which is 832Mhz, so still u can only enjoy wid Android 2.3, nt upgradable to 4.0..i heard that a team is working on it n soon android 4.0 will available for 832Mhz processors..dekho, bt galaxy mini 2 kafi behtr hai galaxy y sy..

  • RAM is very low. You can hardly install many apps and use them. One will need to uninstall the old ones and use the new ones :(

  • Yup! That Seems to be right! But I know people who hates to have dual Sim in their Mobile Phones.

  • got this for my bro 2 days back…really a good phone (packs in the features of high-end android devices)

Galaxy Y costs for about 13K
HTC Explorer is for about 13k-14k
    Galaxy Y Duos for 16.5k

in 13k-14k price range HTC explorer is a better choice…whereas Galaxy Y Duos shines at 16k price range

    Honorable mention:
“Sony Ericsson Live with Walkman” is another good choice considering its features coming at 19k currently (having 1Ghz processor, 512mb Ram, 5MP led flash camera with additional features like face detection, upgrade-able to Andriod 4.0 Icecream Sandwich…But the only con on this device in Pakistan is that it has no warranty !
