Pakistan is considered SPAM heaven just because there’s no legislation available to deal with SPAM in any form or at any level. This is why even multinational companies were caught sending SPAM emails.

  • Can anyone come up with sensible answer to my question regarding the author message,”Pakistan is considered SPAM heaven just because there’s no legislation available to deal with SPAM in any form or at any level. This is why even multinational companies were caught sending SPAM emails.”

We have 8 other countries on top of us.Particularly India and United States.

Are they topping the list because they have,” no legislation available to deal with SPAM in any form or at any level.” ???

Beside this, how many of you found out that any citizen from India or USA appreciating their country climbing up the spam rank?

Wow you are so patriotic you cannot even think straight. Whether or not this post existed, the problem wouldn’t have gone away. Would you rather we DIDN’T talk about our problems?

Before you SOLVE a problem you must first be AWARE of the problem. This post identifies rising spam traffic and the lack of legislation as a problem.

How can we be aware of problems if we don’t highlight them???

      • So, it’s making the statement true, “USA/INDA do not have any legislation” ?

We need to identify/highlight the problem along with good critics/solution, and most importantly on the right place/forum.

        • — So, it’s making the statement true, “USA/INDA do not have any legislation” ?

In the US, there are many more computers, and a lot of people leave them running all the time (no power problems + cheap electricity). And yes, many are running Windows and are infected, and have access to broadband. The total sum of that is: more spam.

Over there, some ISPs turn off your connection or limit you if you have spamware or other kinds of malware. But not majority.

          India I cannot explain.

            • — Does your explanation justifies SPAM RANK for US?

It’s the truth: high bandwidth + computers on all the time + lots of computers. What’s your conspiracy story explanation?
