Paypal is even available in countries like Eithopia. So, obviously its some racist BS stopping them from entering Pakistani market. What fucking banking system they want? Everything is already there, Skrill (Moneybookers) works just fine and offers Bank Wire for just $2. And Paypal is a private entity so you can’t really force them. I have stopped caring for Paypal ever since I got my Payoneer.com card, paying for hosting & domains, client payments, atm withdrawals.. It works great.
