The company has outsourced its Karachi Call Center operations to TRG. Company operates with another call center in Lahore.
This outsourcing will ultimately translate into greater operational efficiencies and better customer experience for Warid subscribers, said a statement issued by the company.
While speaking on the occasion Mr. Muneer Farooqui, CEO Warid Telecom said:
