Telenor Pakistan Ranked the Most Socially Devoted Brand on Facebook

Telenor Pakistan FacebookTelenor Pakistan has said that it has been ranked as the most socially devoted brand on Facebook in Pakistan for the month of October.

Telenor claimed this citing a study that was carried out by Socialbakers, a global social media and digital analytics company with customers in 75 countries.

According to the Q3 regional report released by Socialbakers, Telenor Pakistan’s Corporate Facebook page has shown the highest response rate for the month of October.

The average response rate is calculated by number of questions brands answered minus question that went unanswered on its Facebook wall. Telenor Pakistan’s response rate for the month of October stood at a staggering 93%.

Just to explain, it merits mentioning here that Telenor is not the top “Talked About” brands of Pakistan on Facebook. Instead, Telenor Pakistan is ranked first for responding to most number of the questions coming from its fans (customers).

Talking about the significance of social media, Director Marketing Usman Javaid said, “Social media is an important tool in engaging with the customers. It gives us a chance to directly interact with our customer base and I am pleased to see that we are not only highly responsive but have been acknowledged for our efforts on a global level. We are committed to our customers and will continue to provide quality services through each and every channel available to us.”

Telenor has said that Djuice, Talkshawk and Easypaisa were also ranked 3rd, 4th and 5th respectively on the charts, further illustrating Telenor Pakistan’s commitment to customer care using the social media channel.

Telenor Pakistan and its different brands have over 850,000 fans in total on Facebook and the average number of fans that are added every day is close to 680.

  • Stupid People of Pakistan, Please do your research. It says socially devoted not socially large. Devoted means how much effort is being put in and how quickly consumers are responded to. This also relates with quality and not just adding consumer to your page
