Arpatech, one of Pakistan’s leading technology services company, has acquired Textualy, a leading provider of SMS based interaction systems and services.
The purchase of Textualy, based in Karachi, Pakistan, adds to a wide range of impressive products and services that Arpatech offers in the areas of e-commerce, digital and technology services. The acquisition is part of Arpatech’s overall strategy to develop the most comprehensive e-commerce and digital services solution in the Pakistani market.
The Textualy acquisition follows closely with the earlier announced acquisition of tech-based delivery services company, Forrun.
Arpatech will use Textualy’s existing branding, services infrastructure, and technology stack and the business will be run as a separate unit under the Arpatech umbrella. Arpatech will build and enhance product features and functionalities as and when needed.
