Hi-Tech Lubricants Limited (HTL) has announced that it has received permission from Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) to apply for no-objection certificates (NOC) from relevant departments to setup 26 Petrol pumps in Punjab.
The retail sale of products through petrol pumps could only be initiated after completion of required storage infrastructure, third-party inspector report, which will confirm HTL’s storage and depot meets, OGRA’s technical standards and ultimate approval.

It serves automotive and industrial sectors.
At the time of filing this report, HTL’s script at the PSX was trading at Rs93.50 with a gain of +2.19% with a turnover of 390,000 shares.
