At-Tahur Limited owner of Premá Milk has applied for an initial public offering on the bourse. It is also the second company from the food sector to get listed on PSX in 2018.
At-Tahur Limited has submitted a draft prospectus for the issuance of shares to high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors via book-building which is to be followed by the issuance of company’s shares to the public and retail investors, said the notification.
This will be the third IPO of the year following Matco Foods and AGP Pharmaceutical’s listing on the bourse in January and February respectively.
The draft Prospectus of the Company is available Pakistan Stock Exchange’s website under the caption “Public Comments on Draft Prospectus of At-Tahur Limited” for seeking public comments as required under Section 3 (11) of the Public Offering Regulations, 2017 and the Regulation No. 5.2.2 (ac) of Listing of Companies and Securities Regulations of PSX.
At-Tahur Limited has, since its inception in 2007, strived to provide its consumers with high-quality dairy products. At-Tahur’s premá milk brand launched in 2008 and in a short span of time became a household name in Pakistan.
At-Tahur imported world-renowned/thoroughbred Australian and Dutch cows.
At present, besides premá whole milk, its product range includes Heart Right low-fat milk, natural as well as sweet yogurt and “Zeera & Podina blended raita”.
