Optix is Focusing on Quality of Service to Become the Best ISP in Pakistan

While multiple ISPs have launched in Pakistan over the last few years, their focus on expansion is having a direct effect on the provided quality of service.

This is where Optix steps in to provide better customer service and quality which matches international standards.

Aiming to become one of the best ISPs in Pakistan, Optix has started their expansion efforts without compromising on what’s important: quality and customer satisfaction.

Customers often complain that their problems remain unsolved even after numerous calls; not in this case. Optix ensures that every single complaint is heard with credible and relevant feedback, as well as maintaining a customer satisfaction level of above 95%, a feat which is unmatched by other famous ISPs in major cities of Pakistan.

Deployment and processing of an internet connection are also on time.

Another well-known concern in ISP’s usually is unreliable or fluctuating speed. Optix provides stable and reliable speeds with no unannounced downtimes. This also extends to IPTV services and constant monitoring of various channels they provide.

The only downtimes Optix customers face may be due to digging or excavation activity done by municipal or development authorities (or other entities) which causes fiber disconnections and is beyond the company’s control.

As mentioned earlier, most companies often rush to expand to new areas to get more customers and sales, but in doing so they lose customer satisfaction and their quality of services declines.

Optix goes against that and always expands to an area only when they can assure the same level of stability and quality as other regions. This means that they’re often slow to expand, but once they do, you can always expect them to deliver.

Currently, Optix provides coverage in three main cities: Karachi, Rawalpindi, and Lahore.

All in all, Optix is leading the ISP front when it comes to home users and regular consumers by keeping in check their customer service, the stability of internet services and constantly listening to feedback.

It also remains to be seen when the company will expand further and give the other ISPs in the market a run for their money.

  • Very expensive packages. I’m using Fiberlink’s 16mb package and I only paid 15750 (all inclusive) for the whole year. Sure their customer service sucks but it’s not that terrible either. Optix really need to reconsider their strategy if they want to give anyone a run for their money.
