All in all, Optix is leading the ISP front when it comes to home users and regular consumers by keeping in check their customer service, the stability of internet services and constantly listening to feedback.
It also remains to be seen when the company will expand further and give the other ISPs in the market a run for their money.
Very expensive packages. I’m using Fiberlink’s 16mb package and I only paid 15750 (all inclusive) for the whole year. Sure their customer service sucks but it’s not that terrible either. Optix really need to reconsider their strategy if they want to give anyone a run for their money.
