Pakistan Under-23 team has reached the semi-final of the Asian Volleyball Championship in Myanmar.
The junior volleyball team defeated Sri Lanka Under-23 in the quarter-final of the tournament. The final score read 3-1 as Pakistan maintained its unbeaten run in the event. The set-wise result is as follows:
This is Pakistan’s fourth straight win and Pakistan will face Australia in the semi-final.
The tournament started in 2015 and it takes place every two years. Iran is the defending champion, winning both editions of the event.
Pakistan topped the Group C, winning the matches against Chinese Taipei, Qatar, and Bahrain comfortably before meeting Sri Lanka in the quarter-final.

- Pakistan vs Qatar – 3-0
- 25-22, 25-11, 25-21
- Pakistan vs Bahrain- 3-0
- 25-21, 25-21, 25-15
- Pakistan vs Chinese Taipei – 3-1
- 20-25, 25-18, 25-18, 25-17
